Well I checked and it has been about 3 months since an update. I had some issues with some tainted Kent Carbon that was a little setback. As well as going through the great plaugue that wiped out a bunch of fish. I guess no matter how long you are in the hobby, or how careful you think you are, things can happen to the best reefers. Overall though, I think my tank is doing really well. I also just finished a frag tank setup and a qt tank downstairs. I hope you enjoy the update.

Well according to Joe at NAS Kent will refund the price of the carbon purchased however livestock is not being compensated. I didnt loose but a couple of acros. It could have been much worse. All my sps bleached and lps were all shrunk down for a week of so and everything for the most part recovered. My sps are almost all colored back up and lps is looking better now than ever. But others were not so fortunate. I am writing Kent more for the people that lost a lot of stuff than for me. Hopefully they will get enough flack that they have to help those that had large losses.

Well it has been a long while since I have been on NAR. My tank has seen some ups and downs over the last year but all in all everything is going great. I have let my sps just grow and not touch it. It is on the verge of being over grown but I like the look of some of the corals battling it out. I added 5 parvirostris anthias last week and they are doing great. Enjoy the update!
